JUDGE KIMBERLY ALLEN

APPOINTED BY GOVERNOR GREG ABBOTT.
COMMITTED TO FAIRNESS. ROOTED IN WEST TEXAS.

Governor Greg Abbott appointed Judge Kimberly Allen to the 69th Judicial District Court in 2022, recognizing her deep legal experience, calm judgment, and strong character. With more than 40 years of legal practice and decades of service in the Texas Panhandle, Judge Allen brings clarity, consistency,

and care to the courtroom.

She serves the people of Dallam, Hartley, Moore, and Sherman counties with a steady hand and a strong respect for the law. Her judicial philosophy is grounded in listening well, applying the law fairly, and treating every person with dignity.

Serving as judge has been the greatest privilege of her life— next to being a mother.
